What is a Reference Number?

A Reference Number uniquely identifies an outbound bank transfer and helps in tracking payments. You can obtain this number from the payment sender.

What is IBAN?

IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number, used mainly for Euro transfers within the 36 SEPA member countries.

What is the speed of transfers?

SEPA transfers are processed in 1-2 business days, while Wire Transfers may take up to 5 business days, plus additional time for bank processing.

What is a Wire Transfer?

Wire Transfer refers to a method of transferring money, either domestically or internationally, involving the sender, beneficiary, and intermediaries.

What does SWIFT mean?

SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications) is a global bank transfer system where each participating bank has a unique identification code.

What is SEPA?

SEPA is a payment zone in Europe for EUR transfers among 36 countries. IBAN is an international account number format.

Delayed Bank Transfer?

If a bank transfer hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check the 'Unrecognized Payments' section or request confirmation from the sender.

What is an internal transfer?

Internal transfers in Blaxen allow clients to send payments in USD or EUR. The sender must provide the receiver's IBAN number for the transfer.

My payment got cancelled. What should I do?

If payment is cancelled, the amount will be returned to your account, either removed from pending transactions or returned as a separate transaction.

Can I receive payments from individuals?

Blaxen does not allow receiving payments from individuals.

Do I have access to my bank transfer details before my account gets approved?

Access to bank transfer details is available after completing registration and verification.

I have password issues. What should I do?

Each user is allowed only one Blaxen account.

While most account applications typically take 2 business days, there are some requiring up to 5 days.

Have you lost access to the authentication application?

Contact support for a new OTP code, and you will receive it in your registered email address.

Can I turn off the 2FA feature?

Dual authentication is a mandatory security feature and cannot be disabled.

How do I fund my account?

Your account can be funded using any available method listed in your Blaxen account.
